No. We only offer new installation services.


Are the windows installed from the inside or outside of the home?

Windows are installed from the inside and outside of the home.


Do you install replacement windows year-round? If so, will I lose a lot of heat/cooling at the time of installation?

Yes, year round, but we are very conscious of the elements. For instance, in cold situations, we isolate the room so to not let too much heat out or cold air in.


Where should I keep my dogs during the installation?

We Love pets. The homeowner can use their discretion.


What should I do to prepare my home for replacement windows?

Just wait for our arrival. Our goal is to make the installation painless for our homeowners.


What protocols are in place for a clean installation area?

We are very conscious of our workspace being clean. We use thick moving blankets along with furniture tarps as well as runway and stair coverings.


How long does it take to get replacement windows?

Anywhere from 4 - 6 weeks.


How long is the average installation process for windows?

Usually 1 - 2 days.


Is there a warranty available for my windows?

Lifetime Warranty for labor and product.


Where do my old windows go? Can I keep them?

We try to recycle the old windows as best we can. If the homeowner wants them, we stack them neatly in a desired location at the home.


What if there is a problem with a replacement window?

If there’s a problem, we have an awesome service department that will immediately get resolution.


How long is the average installation process for doors?

Doors are usually a half-day install.


What do I do if there's a problem with the door?

Any problems are handled through our service department as soon as possible.
